Application Process
Thank you for considering Hope Lutheran School. Please download the following forms to begin your application process:
- New Student Application/Registration Form
- Preinterview Questionnaire
- School Tuition and Fees
Our families entering grades K – 8 are interviewed prior to admissions.
The following steps must be completed for all families prior to admissions.
- Complete the registration form and pay the new student deposit and a non-refundable registration fee. The student deposit fee is refundable if the student is not accepted into the school. If the student is accepted, the deposit is applied to tuition.
- Provide a letter of recommendation from any of the following: Pastor, School Counselor, Teacher, School Administrator
- Provide us with a copy of your student's most recent report card. (K-8)
- Provide us with a copy of your student's birth certificate.
- Provide us with a Certificate of Immunization.
- Complete the pre-interview questionnaire. (K-2 or 3-8)
- Make a reservation for the entrance test. (K-8, dates determined in February) A testing fee of $25 will be collected for all new applicants. Call the school office at 206-935-8500.
