As you make your plans for the evening's festivities this Saturday, we thought the following information might be helpful.
What is the Attire?
Someone said it well, casually elegant. If you want a reason to dress up - you got it! If fancy is not your thing, just keep in mind that you aren't taking the family out to McDonalds that night.
What Time Should I Arrive?
Doors open at 5:30. We have lots of fantastic items so we encourage you to arrive promptly so you have plenty of time to 'check it all out!'
Where do I park?
There is ample parking in the lot behind the Hall at Fauntleroy. Simply follow the sandwich board signs for Hall at Fauntleroy parking. Please keep in mind the entrance to the Hall on California Ave will not be accessible. This means you will not want to park in the YMCA/Church parking lot!
Where do I Take My Kids for Childcare?
You only need to park and get everyone out of their seat belts once! Once you park in the lot behind the Hall at Fauntleroy, just follow the signs for childcare.
(If you have not signed your kids up for childcare, please let us know ASAP that they will be joining us!)
Opportunities to help with the Auction on Saturday, November 1
If you can help with any of the below activities, please let us know ASAP!
- Set Up at the Hall at Fauntleroy - Please meet at the Hall at Fauntleory at 10:30 am.
- Auction Event Help (childcare, runners, greeters, table closers, etc) - Please arrive at the Hall at Fauntleroy at 5:00 pm.
- Clean Up at the Hall at Fauntleroy - Please arrive at the Hall at Fauntleroy by 10:00 pm.
